What You Will Do:

Provide project leadership, directing and integrating work of other support team members and business operations stakeholders
Develop project plans, organize, and lead project team, and monitor progress
Create and maintain system guidelines and manuals for the business to ensure effective support
Continuously stay up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is globally understood
Conduct regular reviews of systems and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
Maintains an overall positive, helpful attitude when working with endusers

What You Will Bring:

3+ years' experience in systems analysis
Diploma or Bachelor Degrees in a relevant area of study (Networking, Systems Administration, etc.) from accredited institutions an asset
A combination of education, certifications, and experience will be considered
Ability to learn quickly, selfstart, and work in a high paced environment with little supervision
Enthusiastic personality with great communication skills
Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
Strong demonstrated problemsolving ability
Technically minded with a strong passion for technology
Thrives in a team atmosphere
Selfstarter able to work with mínimal supervision
