Job Purpose
This position is responsible for ensuring the facilities with assigned Region and equipment are well maintained and in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations.
This position and directs the design, planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and related facilities supporting operations in their region.
It also acts as the security manager for each location ensuring that all security guidelines are followed. The individual in this position is also responsible for budgeting related costs. This person also serves as the lead facilities resource to the General Manager for the region.
Provides leadership for compliance for facilities meeting environmental and safety cultures at responsible facilities by adhering to established safety procedures.
Collaborates with Operations Managers regarding activities of design, construction, modification and maintenance of facility equipment at the base
Evaluates/selects/ manages facility related service contractors including janitorial, grounds maintenance, electrical, plumbing and heating and air conditioning
Helps prepare facility related AFE's and Recommends equipment and services purchases to improve operation efficiencies and works collaboratively with operations team to maximize facility/equipment up-time and efficiency
Analyzes & maintains HVAC systems, computer network wiring, lighting, safety systems and all operational support systems
Plans, budgets and schedules facilities projects including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction projects as well develops facilities budget and manages cost to meet the budget, will work to reduce all facility related cost
Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies and oversees the coordination of building space allocation, layout and personnel movements
You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years expereience
- 4+ years of experience with project design, planning, construction, maintenance and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings and related facilities including relevant safety and security measures.
- Proven track record of successful project management, leadership, and motivation in a dynamic operations environment.
- Ability to understand TFMC product lines and service capabilities, including HSE requirements.
- Demonstrates exceptional planning, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and organization skills
Compensation & Work Schedule
Salary:
Min $80,800- to $127,000 Max
Work Schedule
M-F-: 8AM to 5PM ( potential to work weekends for emergencies)
Pay:
$80, $127,000.00 per year
