    The Role
    AXS actively seeking our next

    Database Engineer

    to provide quality, scalable data solutions for AXS products.

    The candidate will be expected to collaborate to design and then develop, implement, and optimize critical databases, processes and reports to achieve business goals and support the development and data platform teams.

    What you'll be doing...
    Develop T-SQL/PL/SQL Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, SQL statements in Oracle & SQL Server environments.
    Design stable, reliable and effective databases.
    Build databases depicting the physical design.
    Create Tables, Views, Indexes and Sequences.
    Maintaining and enhancing the performance of existing database infrastructure.
    Respond within an on-call rotation schedule.
    Skills and experience we're seeking...
    Strong experience in a database administrator & developer role within commercial environment, or equivalent.
    Proven development experience in T-SQL and PL/SQL Programming in Oracle19c environment.
    Database tuning experience, database integration design and implementation, and management of database projects.
    Strong grasp of advanced SQL writing and query tuning/optimization.
    Cloud services like Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure, highly desirable.
    Willingness to participate as part of an on-call rotation schedule

    Pay range for this role:
    $91, ,541.60
    The pay range for this position starts as mentioned above along with annual bonus eligibility. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary.

    This role is also eligible for health insurance, 401K, life insurance and disability benefits, and paid time off for sick leave, parental leave, vacation, and PTO.

    Do you have experience with advanced SQL writing and query tuning/optimization?


    • Do you have development experience in T-SQL and PL/SQL Programming in Oracle19c environment?
    • Do you have experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure preferred)?
    • Are you willing to commute to and work from our Denver office location on a hybrid basis (3 days in office/2 days work from home?
