Qualifications:


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing of financial accounting, in particular booking of all business transactions in the accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger areas
  • Handling of ongoing payment transactions
  • Continuous processing of open items and management of dunning processes
  • Account reconciliation including intercompany accounts

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed training as a financial accountant, tax assistant, or tax clerk
  • At least one year of professional experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of the legal framework of accounting
  • High level of selforganization and adherence to deadlines
  • Knowledge of financial accounting and fixed asset accounting
  • Excellent knowledge of common computer applications such as MS Office and DATEV or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Accuracy, flexibility, and customer orientation
  • Strong numerical understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex situations and relationships
  • Knowledge of Select Line is an advantage
