Operations Assistant, you will support our Development Team to ensure that all 200+ clinics nationally run smoothly day to day.

This position is an entry-level position with a career path geared towards a
leadership position in Operations

This position works on-site at our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois

Responsibilities

Supports the Operations team in completing various tasks and projects.
Coordinate healthcare operations across the country.
Perform general clerical duties in to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Complete special projects as directed in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
