Your responsibilities:

Providing on-site IT workstation support
Installing and maintaining PC hardware
Offering consultancy and troubleshooting via phone or email for software and hardware concerns
Analyzing and resolving errors at primary and secondary levels, potentially escalating to specialized personnel
Documenting issues in an IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system and overseeing ticket management
Managing user and computer systems
Engaging in interesting IT logistics projects

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist/system integrator or equivalent education with around 3 years of work experience
Proficiency in hardware (desktop, peripherals, printers, scanners)
Good understanding of MS products such as Office and Windows
Flexibility for shift work and on-call duties
Ability to work independently, methodically, and with a problem-solving mindset
Team player who welcomes feedback and excels in service-oriented communication
Willingness to grow and learn
