    As the Marketing Director at Settlers Ridge Care Center, you will use your marketing expertise, sales talent, and management experience to lead our marketing team in connecting seniors and their families with the quality care they deserve.

    We look forward to you joining our teamJob Responsibilities Coordinating all facility efforts with referral sources as well as the facility's professional relations programWorking collaboratively with the Director of Nursing, Administrator and Regional Director of Operations to grow the referral base, assess, and process referrals in a timely mannerEnhancing the facility's reputation in the medical community

    • Represent facilities at various functions in the community such as health fairs, provider conferences, senior centers, etc.

    Marketing Director requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in related field, preferredMinimum of 2 years of senior living industry sales experience, preferably in assisted livingDemonstrated track record of facility-level marketing to acute care and other referral sourcesManagement level marketing experience, preferredAbility to balance short-term tasks requiring immediate attention with long-term project planningSuperior interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

    • Self-starter and ability to work with little supervision
    • Ability to report and interpret sales metrics for senior care
    • Enjoys working with elderly population
