    NextStep Recruiting had joined hands with a reputable client in the North Dallas Region, seeking to hire a Director of Marketing.

    This is an outstanding opportunity for a Manager ready to take the next jump in their career into a Director role.


    The ideal candidate will have:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is required (MBA preferred)
    5-7 years of experience marketing and/or advertising experience
    5+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
    Ability to plan, implement, and manage marketing strategies
    Design, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns
    Strong leadership and project development skills.
    Excellent communication skills
