We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee our expanding operations in the Houston, Texas area.


Job Summary:
The Regional Manager will be instrumental in overseeing and directing our client portfolio across the Maryland region.

This vital role is responsible for ensuring operational superiority, achieving unparalleled client satisfaction, and maintaining Stratton Amenities' esteemed reputation in luxury hospitality services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage overall operations for multiple locations within the Maryland region.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction across all sites.
  • Develop and manage budgets, including monitoring and controlling overtime expenditures.
  • Supervise staffing levels, manage staff absences, and organize vacation coverage.
  • Oversee the implementation of company policies and procedures across the region.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure consistent operational quality and adherence to standards.
  • Lead performance management, including employee reviews, coaching, and professional development.
  • Facilitate recruitment processes, including interviewing and hiring decisions.
  • Implement and oversee employee management and engagement initiatives.
  • Compile, analyze, and present operational reports to senior management.
  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with clients, property managers, and team members.
  • Champion the company's mission and core values in all regional activities.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry, with a strong emphasis on luxury services.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, coach, and manage large teams across multiple locations.
  • Prior experience in a highend service environment, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage various operations simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the Maryland region.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
