Your Responsibilities

  • Your daily tasks include providing central quality support for sales in the German market.
  • You will also serve as the customer interface for all qualityrelated questions.
  • Additionally, you will coordinate customer complaints with internal management.
  • Independently, you will conduct quality discussions with customers and visit them in case of complaints.
  • Furthermore, you will support the escalation management for customer complaints, involving the manufacturing plants.
  • Finally, you will participate in the technical inspection of returned goods and incoming goods control for transport damages.

Your Profile

  • Completed training in electrical engineering or a similar qualification
  • Basic knowledge of common quality tools (8D, 5Why, Pareto, Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.) is advantageous


  • Knowledge of ISO9001/ISO1901

  • Teamwork, independence, and communication skills
  • Good German and English language skills
