- Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary to maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Notify supervisory personnel if a nonconforming condition is disclosed.
- Set controls of feed, speed, depth of cut without supervision.
- Understand and apply optimal part holding techniques.

- Be able to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and/or calipers
- Machining parts to print specifications.
- Must be able to set tooling and apply offsets
Skills:Cnc, Lathe, Mill, Cnc machine, Integrex
Qualifications:+ 5+ years of machining experience on Weiler E90/E70, OR Slant bed lathe OR flatbed lathe OR Integrex experience, as well OD and ID Calipers, Steel Rule and other related hand tools. Understanding of MSDS's.+ Must be able to calculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and/or calipers+ Be able to identify non-conforming parts using precision measuring instruments+ Must be able to set tooling and apply offsets+ Using tooling and material data the employee must be able to calculate surface footage to machine components. - They are working with stainless steel and Inconel and will be asked to deburr their own product while machine is running
