Pittsburg - Decentralized Implementation of Second-Level Support or Support of Central Operating Units on Site as the Face of BWI to Users


  • Tool-based acceptance, analysis and resolution of incidents and requests in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment while adhering to applicable service levels and comprehensive documentation of this process
  • Participation in projects and sub-projects, e.g. for adaptation and expansion of existing IT infrastructures
  • Conducting DGUV V3 inspections and participation in quality assurance measures (e.g. LAN documentation)
  • Working in and documenting through TeDiS, Maximo, IT-SPS, SATIN and SAP
  • Cyclical provision of on-call services
  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT systems electronics technician) or comparable
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases and IT processes desirable
  • ITIL knowledge and experience in the field of DGUV V3 advantageous
  • Negotiation skills in German
  • Class B driver's license required
  • High communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation
  • Self-initiative, teamwork and organizational skills
