Description
Pittsburg - Decentralized Implementation of Second-Level Support or Support of Central Operating Units on Site as the Face of BWI to Users- Tool-based acceptance, analysis and resolution of incidents and requests in the PC, telephony, LAN and WAN environment while adhering to applicable service levels and comprehensive documentation of this process
- Participation in projects and sub-projects, e.g. for adaptation and expansion of existing IT infrastructures
- Conducting DGUV V3 inspections and participation in quality assurance measures (e.g. LAN documentation)
- Working in and documenting through TeDiS, Maximo, IT-SPS, SATIN and SAP
- Cyclical provision of on-call services
- Successfully completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g. IT systems electronics technician) or comparable
- Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of ticket systems, knowledge databases and IT processes desirable
- ITIL knowledge and experience in the field of DGUV V3 advantageous
- Negotiation skills in German
- Class B driver's license required
- High communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation
- Self-initiative, teamwork and organizational skills
