- Day to day maintenance operations of assigned community (including but not limited to): work orders, unit turns, curb appeal, preventative maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor and inventory management.
- Compliant with all company standards and the employee handbook.
- Current on applicable laws.
- Ensures all inventory controls are in compliance with company standards.
- Works with the Community Manager as directed.
- Operates under the safety and operating standards as set forth by the company.
- Has the ability to work flexible hours and take on-call duty when necessary.
- Great Customer Service- maintains the highest level of customer service with all prospects, residents, vendors and co-workers.
- Exceptional Management Qualities- maintains motivation of team members through positive communication and leadership skills.
- Stellar Communication Skills- able to effectively communicate with team members, residents, and vendors.
