- Monitor AP Staff workload
- Facilitate reconciliations of multiple accounts, report on aging status
- Identify training opportunities
- Identify areas to gain efficiencies
- Ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors
- Note payable management and amortization maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments and team leaders
- Fixed asset record keeping
- Research and identify errors
- Submit disbursement logs to the bank
- Maintain records and file 1099's
- Maintain vendors and suppliers in database
- Sales Tax Processing
- Accounting/AR/AP experience (automotive dealership preferred but not required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
- Ability to motivate team members to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
- Must have expertise in Excel, reporting and general ledger experience
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
