Compensation:

$120,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial consultations with clients, providing expert advice on legal matters' strengths and challenges.
Supervise and manage a caseload of litigation cases, ensuring steady progress towards resolution and keeping clients updated regularly.
Provide clear guidance and oversight to support staff like legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring accountability for delegated tasks.
Draft various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and necessary paperwork, and conduct thorough legal research as needed.
Represent clients in court hearings, skillfully arguing cases in Circuit and County Court with comprehensive knowledge of the trial process.
Meet a monthly revenue requirement instead of a billable hour quota.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in litigation is a must for this role. While real estate and commercial litigation experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Proficiency in handling cases from initiation to completion in both County and Circuit Court is essential for this role.
Direct experience working with clients, especially in a legal capacity, is highly valued.
Initially, the role will be inoffice with a potential transition to a hybrid work setup, which is nonnegotiable.
