Come Innovation Motion with UsJohnson Electric (JE) is actively seeking a Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team.
As a JE Sales Manager, you'll have the chance to learn and grow professionally while contributing to our exciting projects.
Your responsibilities will be to:
Customer Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their decision-making processes and key players.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Business Development Manager and JE's global resources. Drive tactical execution to secure wins.
Value-Driven Sales:
Identify and develop value-added, profitable actuator sales opportunities. Go beyond price negotiations-creatively promote the value of JE solutions.
Contract Management:
Secure effective contracts and agreements
Business Tracking and Analysis:
Monitor business wins, engineering developments, and commercial changes. Apply financial analysis to evaluate various choices.
Our requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively.
Analytical mindset with a focus on financial evaluation.
Passion for innovation and driving results.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business4+ years of experience in Automotive SalesExperience with Industrial ProductsEligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
