Contract Manager / Facilities Manager / Critical Environment / M&E

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently seeking experienced contract managers and facilities managers for various data center sites in the Frankfurt region on behalf of a leading global company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing data centers or critical environments.

Fluency in German and eligibility to work in Germany are required for this position.

Responsibilities / Skills:

Provide leadership and ensure that contractual commitments are met

Explore opportunities for strategic development of the contract to increase turnover and profitability

Ensure that contracts are staffed with competent teams and appropriate arrangements are in place

Experience in electrical, mechanical engineering, architectural/technical direction, or facilities management

Technical knowledge of installations and a desire to further develop it

Experience with financial budget control

Preferred experience working in data centers

Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems such as fuel systems, UPS systems, chillers, fire alarm systems, transformers, generators, switchgear, or similar
