We are currently seeking a part-time Hort teacher (m/f/d) to join our team at the DPFA-Regenbogen-Grundschule in Görlitz, starting immediately.

As a world explorer and researcher, you will inspire and support children in their educational journey. Or perhaps you are a master of disguise, a superhero, or simply an all-rounder? Whatever your strengths, we welcome you to join our team


Your responsibilities:


  • Educating, nurturing, and caring for children in your own Hort group
  • Collaborating with a teacher to provide holistic support for children, including assisting in the classroom and providing individual support for students and small learning groups in various subjects
  • Working closely with the class teacher to organize and lead parent meetings, projects, events, class trips, etc.
  • Taking responsibility for designing educational activities based on your skills and our school concept

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a staterecognized educator, or a degree in early childhood education, social pedagogy, or a similar qualification according to §1 Abs.1 SächsQualiVO
  • Enthusiasm for bringing new ideas to our Hort concept and actively shaping and promoting its positive development
  • High level of independence, responsibility, resilience, patience, and empathy
  • Enthusiasm, dedication, teamwork, and strong communication skills
