- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to create and implement effective behavior support plans.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children across different grade levels (K-12).
