    Department: U.S. Money Reserve - Marketing

    Location: Austin, Texas

    Reports To: Vice President

    Job Summary: Located in one of America's best cities to live in, U.S. Money Reserve is a fast-paced and evolving company actively seeking a driven and passionate individual who is well-versed in video technology, video production, video editing, as well as maintaining all video production systems including edit stations, live control rooms, production routing and infrastructure. The company has several editing bays, finishing suites, live studios, production studios. This candidate should bring at least 10 years of experience, working with legacy as well as new studios with multiple cameras, and technology workflows such as Blackmagic and Ross systems. The ideal candidate should have 10 years of experience within the broadcast, technical media, and the video production field. A two or four-year degree in radio television and film, production, or a related field is a plus. Candidate must have a solid understanding of networking, and all types of video interconnects, system maintenance, system design as well as a solid knowledge of all software typically used in a video production environment.

Based in Austin, TX, U.S. Money Reserve goes above the industry standard to provide superior customer service, to establish a long-term relationship with each one of its customers.

    Essential Functions:

    • Act as the first point of contact for Broadcast issues
    • Responsible for all incident reporting and tracking related to broadcast/video infrastructure.
    • Work with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding the status of remediation efforts.
    • Preventative Maintenance oversight and ownership.
    • Policy enforcement, Standard Operating Procedures, education, and revision of technology and hardware
    • Join assigned and invited meetings.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams and provide updates on the environment.

    Qualifications, and Attributes:

    • Integrated AV systems, including mixers, switchers, routers, DSPs.
    • AV Transport Media (SDI, HDMI, Display Port, Ethernet)
    • Basic Audio signal flow knowledge including the following technologies.
    • Dante Audio networking design and integration.
    • Dante certified is advantageous.
    • Video Display technologies
    • Video Walls
    • Monitor color reference calibration
    • Blackmagic ATEM
    • Ross Ultrix Allen & Heath Audio Mixers
    • Video delivery systems SDI/HMDI/NDI/WIRELESS Teradeck etc.
    • Bachelors degree in Film, Business Management, or related film preferred
    • A strong understanding of AV over IP ecosystems
    • Full working knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, NDI, QOS, and PoE
    • 5–10-year experience in integrated AV environment
