YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensuring smooth operations at the reception and bar areas
  • Taking care of our international guests and handling all requests and inquiries competently
  • Checking in and out guests using the PMS "Protel Air"
  • Conducting daily closing procedures
  • Preparing all necessary lists for the day shift
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls and messages
  • Conducting security rounds throughout the hotel

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Completed training as a hotel specialist
  • Familiarity with current hotel software, preferably Protel Air
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong customer orientation and friendly demeanor
  • Presentable and wellgroomed appearance
  • You see yourself as a host and enjoy interacting with people. You are a serviceoriented individual and take pleasure in your daily work.
  • Flexibility, team spirit, commitment, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
