Job Description:


Torch Technologies is seeking a Collateral Security/SCIF Analyst to support the Joint Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Office (JCO) Director, Deputy Director, and Secretariat Division Chief.

The JCO serves as a focal point for the Department of Defense to synchronize and integrate C-sUAS efforts for all C-sUAS stakeholders (Office Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, Services, and Inter-Agency).

The incumbent will provide a variety of security functions to enable the JCO to effectively implement and maintain its security posture and manage the secure facility and personnel.


Duties will include:


  • Incoming and outgoing government civilian, military and contractor visitor control through DISS and the VAR process.
  • Maintenance of PERSEC, INFOSEC, PHYSEC, OPSEC and COMSEC programs.
  • Control of classified information including receipt, distribution and storage.
  • Coordinate security requirements for military, government and contractor personnel.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of requirements for the operation of secure facilities.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 37 years of related work experience
  • Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required
