Join a collaborative team to provide clinical insight for traumatized youth. We are a centralized facility with 11-12 child caseloads, a clinician with the same caseload writing treatment plans, and an OT office on site
We are Brandon, a boys' Nonprofit Residential School providing exceptional stabilization, assessment, educational, residential, clinical and case management services. We help boys to know their past does not determine their futures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide professional role modeling for clients and maintain appropriate boundaries and social interactions with clients including assisting in maintaining the appearance and condition of all agency facilities and property
- Work as a team with all Brandon staff, programs and departments by communicating all pertinent information efficiently and effectively and by completing all daily documentation, conference reports and required forms.
- Acts as the primary contact person for collaterals, schools, and families.
- Hours will be flexible in order to meet job responsibilities.
- Responsible for reading daily shift reports and informing collateral providers of significant events.
- Responsible for arranging and documenting meetings, visits, transportation, and non
- Responsible for coordinating and completing intake appointments.
- Responsible for ensuring youth files are intact and up to date with required paperwork and documentation.
- Responsible for attending and representing Brandon at all necessary treatment and case meetings.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the treatment plan in the milieu.
- Will carry out behavioral/physical interventions as outlined by Brandon's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
- Strong presentation, verbal, written and organizational skills
- Thrives in a multitask environment
- Valid Massachusetts's driver's license & able to pass DEEC, CORI & SORI Background checks.
- Ability to participate in nonviolent physical interventions
Job Type:
Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
