Deputy Site Manager / Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d)

Location: Memmingen

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and organization of cleaning tasks
  • Collaboration with the team of supervisors
  • Support of the site management and representation in case of absence
  • Instruction and management of the cleaning team
  • Verification of completed cleaning tasks
  • Conducting and documenting trainings
  • Performing quality controls
  • Compliance with environmental protection and occupational safety regulations
  • Implementation of hygiene guidelines

Your profile:

  • Educational background: Ideally, you have a degree in housekeeping or building cleaning, but career changers are also welcome
  • Experience: You have relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility or in a similar role
  • Skills: You have good knowledge of MS Office programs and possess a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Personality: You have a quick grasp and strong social and leadership skills
