As a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) in Sahuarita, AZ, you have the opportunity to use your experience to build and expand a professional team of recruiters.

This team works daily to support highly qualified specialists in their next career step, providing quality advice, expertise, and personal guidance.


What we need your support for:

  • You will use your expertise to develop suitable search strategies for target groups and positions, building a successful branch
  • You will be responsible for continuously expanding the sales area and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining relationships with candidates
  • You will have overall responsibility for the entire recruiting process
  • You will work closely with our nationwide teams and have regular meetings to coordinate efforts
  • You will report directly to the team lead in Nuremberg

What sets you apart:


  • You have extensive professional knowledge in the field of personnel services, specifically in engineering and/or IT
  • You have a background in business and/or technology, as well as a completed vocational training
  • You are currently in a secondary position or may already be in a leadership role. If not, your goal is to develop into a leadership position
  • You have a strong sales affinity, are empathetic, have technical understanding, and are a team player
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You are confident, authentic, independent, and dynamic
