PLM is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to be responsible for order review, order processing, order confirmation, generate returns, answer questions, customer service related responsibillites.



Qualifications:


  • Current/Preivous Expereince with ecommerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento.)
  • Previous Expereince with customer service related fields.

Responsibilites:

  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment. Be 100% commited.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
  • Process returns, exchanges according to company policies
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
Additional

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree+ preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in using ecommerece platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, etc.)
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
