Team Lead Payroll Accountant (m/f/x) with up to 4 days of remote work

Our client, a dynamic and established company in the service industry based in Düsseldorf, is looking for you as a team lead for payroll accountants (m/f/x) in full-time. This position is a direct permanent employment with our client. We support you in the placement and offer all our services free of charge.

What to expect:

As a team leader, you lead a manageable, motivated team
You are responsible for ensuring that payroll is processed on time and you carry out the necessary checks and approvals
In addition to your role as team leader, you are not afraid to also work operationally
You are the contact person for employees, social security institutions and authorities for questions regarding wage tax and social security law
You are also responsible for reporting and certification, as well as company and social security audits
Regular updates of personnel files and time management form the basis for payroll processing
