We are currently seeking a
Technical Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d) for our client located in Dreieich, to be filled immediately.

Your responsibilities

Competent handling of incoming customer inquiries (quotation creation and calculation)
Review of incoming orders and coordination with the relevant department until order processing is completed
Review of tender documents
Negotiation with suppliers and continuous communication with clients and colleagues
Establishment, maintenance and support of partner suppliers

Your qualifications

Technical or scientific degree (energy and environmental technology, medical technology, electrical engineering)
Solid professional experience in sales or purchasing in a trading company, preferably in the laboratory and medical technology sector
Knowledge in the area of technical equipment for testing laboratories and vocational training institutions desirable
Independent and goaloriented work style
Excellent Excel skills
Fluent English skills in spoken and written, additional languages such as Arabic are a plus
