For our client, Werkstätten Esslingen-Kirchheim gGmbH (WEK) located in Esslingen, we are currently looking for a qualified and suitable
Department Head
Production Department (m/f/d)

You will be responsible for production groups at various locations with approximately 230 people with disabilities and around 25 employees or group leaders.

The production groups currently include an industrial carpentry workshop, several assembly, packaging and logistics areas, as well as two outsourced work groups in industrial companies and individual outsourced workstations.

You will report directly to the management and be a member of the management team of the WEK gGmbH, ARBEG Care gGmbH and ARBEG Inclusion gGmbH company network.

You will contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company in an interdisciplinary management team (www.w-e-k.de).

Your perspectives:
You will have comprehensive responsibility for the department and lead it cooperatively, based on agreements and with a high level of personal responsibility, in accordance with the mission statement,
