    Position Overview

    NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) for a full-time clinical opportunity in Killeen, Texas.     Key Responsibilities
    Clinical Care

    Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

    Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans.

    Provide direct speech therapy services to children, adults, or mixed-age populations.

    Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support patient progress.

    Monitor, assess, and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing evaluations.

    Educate patients and families on treatment goals, strategies, and home-based exercises.

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

    Foster a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment.

    Required Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.

    Eligibility to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state of Texas.

    Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a collaborative mindset.

    Preferred Experience

    Experience working with diverse age groups (pediatric and/or adult populations).

    Background in mental health or behavioral healthcare settings.

    Familiarity with EMR/EHR documentation systems.

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus for the Killeen, TX community.

    Salary Range: $65,000 – $90,000 annually
