We are looking for an inventory clerk fluent in Chinese and English to organize inventory as well as fulfill orders coming in via Shopify, Yamibuy, and Amazon


Qualifications:

• This position requires a versatile person who is detail oriented, learns quickly, and follows instructions
• Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) and English
• Computer/iPad literate. All entries will mostly be done on an iPad with additional responsibilities potentially needing a computer
• Ability to lift minimum of 10 pounds to a maximum of 35 pounds unassisted and able to perform repetitive standing, sitting, stooping, walking, stretching, reaching, and use full range of body motions

Main Responsibilities

• Input into iPad the product name (English and Chinese), barcode (most items can have barcode scanned by iPad), category of product, price, and take a picture of the product
• Print labels of the product from the inventory system and locate product to affix label on shelf
• Do a stock count of all products

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the store space by reducing clutter and disorganization
• Match products to vendor supplying product and cost from vendor
• Receive stock of new inventory and input new products into the inventory system
• Manage returns of defective or damaged products
• Analyze product movement and generate reports of low stock inventory
• Place orders for products, anticipating demands of the customers and inputting a purchase order
• Create and link products to our online store
• Learn about our products and copy write enticing descriptions in addition to taking clean images of the product for the website
• Additional opportunities to work on social media and other facets of the website and marketplaces that we sell on

Due to the size of our establishment, at times, this position may have to do things outside of these job requirements.

However, with these additional responsibilities come more opportunities for growth in the form of pay bumps.

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
