    Description
    The Clinical Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy cosmetic dermatology practice. This position involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

    The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to patients.


    Responsibilities:

    Staff Management:
    Supervise medical assistants, receptionists, and other clinical staff.
    Ensure proper staffing levels and coordinate schedules.
    Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.


    Operations:
    Oversee clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and room utilization.
    Collaborate with providers to optimize clinic efficiency.
    Address any operational challenges promptly.


    Patient Experience:
    Ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.
    Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
    Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience5+ years of healthcare experience in a practice setting2+ years of management experience in healthcareComfortable with Scheduling, staff management, and clinical supportmust be willing to fill in and work with clients if there are call outs Nice to Have Skills & ExperiencePrior experience in a dermatology practice is highly preferred Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
