The "Lead Team FIBU Next" creates the foundation for the portfolio transformation in the field of accounting. Step by step, the services of our on-premise applications are being transferred into a holistic cloud service solution. The goal is to simplify the daily work of law firms and companies through intuitively lean processes and collaborative and automated solutions. Our friendly team creates the basis for the cloud-based solution as well as new services for our clients.

As a Security Engineer, you will take on a key role in shaping and optimizing our development and operational processes. You will work with a high level of personal responsibility and self-organization on diverse tasks in a friendly cross-functional lead team.

You will contribute to one of the future topics within the DATEV cloud strategy, in order to best support our clients with digital business models and consulting approaches.

These are the tasks:

  • Knowledge transfer and support of employees in the development of cloud-native applications regarding security architectures, security standards, and the implementation of security requirements in software architectures and service development
  • Conducting vulnerability assessments, threat and risk analyses
  • Research and implementation of current security standards, systems, and best practices
  • Operationalization of governance requirements
