    Description
    The Interventional Radiology Lab provides care to both the acute inpatient population as well as the elective outpatient population. Care is primarily provided within the Cardiovascular Lab. Staff is available 24/7 for any emergency procedure during off hours, weekends, and holidays. Care is provided through an interdisciplinary team of specialized physicians, registered clinical nurses and registered radiology technologists.
    Angiogram of Multiple System
    Peripheral Revascularization
    Placement and Maintenance of Hemodialysis Catheter
    Nephrostomy Drainage Tubes
    Placement and Maintenance of Gastrostomy and Jejunostomy Tubes
    Central Line Placement
    Vascular Access to Include Port Placement and Integrity
    Pain Management Intervention
    Paracentesis/Thoracentesis
    Pre and Post-Care for Patient having Renal, Liver, and Lung Biopsy
    Carotid Stenting
    NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED.

    Previous IR experience current to 12 months - Required
    Must be ready to hit the ground running
    Experience with Adolescent-Geriatric - Required
    NY Rad Tech License - Required

    ARRT(R) - Required (VI) Preferred

    BLS (AHA)

    STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
    New York

    ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
    NY license must be in hand at profile upload. Facility will not pend license
