Role Highlights

Collaborate with radiologists to conduct diagnostic radiology procedures
Enhance the patient experience by addressing specific needs based on age, physical, and emotional aspects
Utilize state-of-the-art technology in collaboration with exceptional physicians and nurses
Flexible full-time and part-time shifts available (day, evening, weekend)
Shift differentials up to 22% added to base pay

Responsibilities

Conduct high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations
Provide support to patient care areas pre and post procedures
Ensure patient care, safety, education, and radiation protection
Maintain accurate documentation in the Radiology Information System
Supervise and educate radiology students
Participate in departmental projects and initiatives for improvement
Assist with patient transportation, clerical tasks, equipment maintenance, and supply management

Qualifications

Completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program
Preferably 1 year of experience working as a radiologic technologist
Current BLS Certification
New York State Radiologic Technologist License
Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT

Skills and Abilities

Demonstrate a high level of clinical and professional accountability
Effective communication with patients, staff, and medical professionals
Exceptional customer service abilities
Capability to coach and educate team members
Strong team player with problem-solving skills
Experience in working with diverse patient populations

Pay Details: $21.00 to $46.00 per hour
