Meridian is looking for a positive and well poised person to manage our fast-paced front desk.

Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.


Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized and stocked with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens and forms)
  • Screening new applicants, scheduling interviews and training.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies, filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records, as well as receiving and sorting daily mail.
  • Provide support to the Administrative Assistant and various departments as needed
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • Maintaining social media, faxing, scanning and copying documents.

Skills:


  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office 365 is needed with a vast knowledge of Excel and Word.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
