Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
- Perform monthend and yearend close processes
- Conduct credit analysis and assess creditworthiness of clients
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support revenue cycle management by monitoring billing and collections
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to management
- Send and review invoices for customers
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in using accounting software Quickbooks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, debits, credits, and doubleentry bookkeeping
- Familiarity with public accounting practices is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
