YOUR DAY


You will work full-time during these hours
:Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and
Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.


Our Customer Service Rep is the face and voice of our company, and you make a positive impression on every person you interact with.

Whether you're speaking with existing clients or prospective ones, you do your best to serve their needs.

You handle incoming phone calls, respond to questions, schedule appointments, and direct messages to the correct departments and staff members.

After completing Buildertrend training, you use it to maintain accurate client files and to keep track of leads and relevant documents.

You work seamlessly with coworkers to provide clients with the best service possible, performing various other tasks as needed.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to accurately complete administrative tasks
