Safetec GmbH, a subsidiary of E.ON SE, is an independent company headquartered in the beautiful student city of Heidelberg on the Neckar river.

Our goal as a market and technology leader is to provide competent support and advice to our customers throughout the entire life cycle of a nuclear power plant, from construction and operation to decommissioning.

We are currently seeking a full-time addition to our Recruiting & Personnel Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

  • In a team, you will oversee the entire recruiting process, from needs analysis to hiring
  • This includes creating job postings, coordinating appointments, and conducting phone and inperson interviews
  • You will also be part of the team representing Safetec at job and trade fairs
  • Additionally, you will assist in organizing and implementing recruiting measures at various locations throughout Germany
  • As part of the social media team, you will be actively involved in content planning and implementation
  • Your tasks will also include close collaboration with experts, managers, personnel service providers, and other external partners
