    About the Role:


    The operations analyst will support the operations lead on Medicaid transformation project, coordinate contracting, finance, and onboarding/offboarding across the project and to help coordinate special projects within the client organization.

    The operations analyst will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, understand client requirements, update project documentation, and support the team in getting work done.


    The operations analyst will take a lead role in the implementation of appropriate project controls, such as forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, reconciliation, and logistics processes.

    The operations analyst will also develop and implement the necessary standards and metrics for project, quality, and risk management activities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Coordinate with the operations lead to ensure that tasks are being completed on time.

    Manage project documents and repositories and handle project administrative requests.

    Draft project documentation, including Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, and prepare reports about project activities.

    Communicate status, risks, and action items to relevant stakeholders.

    Manage processes, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.

    Oversee contracts, including correspondence, documentation, certification, and regulatory reporting in coordination with Project Management Office (PMO) team.


    Support the development and review of requests for proposals (RFP) and requests for quotations (RFQ) to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and to provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements.

    Track progress in Microsoft Project and create regular status reports.

    Assist in conducting team meetings, including taking meeting minutes, maintaining project schedules and reports.

    This role will be performed onsite in Albany, NY


    Required Qualifications:
    Able to work independently, with little oversight, and to manage the multiple projects in the account.

    Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

    Experience in managing risks, issues, and deliverables and in preparing weekly status reports and presentations for meetings.

    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with senior client staff.

    Knowledge of state government contracting.

    Five years of experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Five years of experience working on projects for state or local government.

    Knowledge of multiple solicitation types and contract types.


    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree three years of experience working on a PMO or portfolio management team.

    An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training will be considered.

    The pay range for this position is $79,793.00 to $109,716.00 per year.
