- Work under the supervision of Lab manager or Lab Engineer in support of Product Development activities
- Perform general laboratory assignments such as sample preparation, data collection, comparative analysis, and investigative research in support of product development activities
- Monitor progress of assigned tasks while complying with quality and schedule requirements. Maintain detailed logs and records
- Use computer programs to perform various engineering operations, conduct analyses and provide related data and information
- Conduct relatively routine operations and tests, compile and assimilate data, and prepare reports / graphs / charts for presentation
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US, either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years completed
- Must be currently authorized to work for ABB in the US
- Completed a course in 3D modeling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills, quick learner, self-motivated with a high sense of urgency
- High mechanical aptitude with ability to use common hand tools
