    Description

    Food & Beverage company is in search of a Production Artist for a freelance project that will last a while.

    Requirements:

    • Must have experience in food packaging and possess strong production abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure technical accuracy in designs, use of colors, fonts, and layouts.
    • Modify current packaging designs for new product sizes, formats, or variations.
    • Generate final press-ready files according to provided specifications for various packaging types.
    • Verify art files for quality before sending for compliance review and printing.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create visual assets.
    • Assist in reviewing, updating, and organizing all templates and design assets.
    • Manage project timelines and handle the execution of creative tasks, overseeing multiple projects from start to finish within given deadlines.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years of graphic design and print production experience.
    • A background in digital design, visual arts, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
    • Sound knowledge of print production processes.
    • Thorough understanding of preproduction design.
    • Strong skills in type layout and excellent color perception.
    • Availability to participate in press-checks on-site when necessary.
