IT System Administrator PACS (m/f/d)

The IT department is firmly integrated into the organizational structures of the Heart and Diabetes Center NRW. The IT team consists of highly qualified experts whose tasks are divided into two main areas: IT infrastructure and clinical systems/development. The team consists of 27 full-time employees and is supported by trainees and employees performing their voluntary social year. In total, the IT department of the HDZ NRW supports over 2,500 employees.
As part of the expansion of our PACS infrastructure, we are looking for an IT system administrator PACS (m/f/d) to support the clinical systems and development team.

Your tasks
at HDZ NRW

Design, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and administration of IT infrastructure with a focus on imaging systems, including the corresponding interfaces

Configuration and implementation of necessary interfaces along the common communication standards in the healthcare system (HL7, API, FHIR, Dicom, etc.)

Support for our customers and colleagues in server-side maintenance of imaging systems and technical issues
