- Establish appropriate classifications, exposures, and basis of premium.
- Schedule and conduct physical audits for Workers Compensation and Commercial Liability policies by reviewing the customers business operations and recording classification-related data from financial business records.
- Provide insureds and internal customers (underwriting, claims, and accounting) with information to assist in their understanding of audit-related matters, including audit statements, procedures, and worksheets.
- Discuss issues and problems with insureds to ensure understanding of the change in premium and to maintain good customer relations.
- 3 - 7+ years of Commercial Liability and Workers' Compensation Premium Audit experience
- Must be able to conduct field audits in the Greater Nashville area
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel including effective tools and methods for importing, analyzing, combining, and manipulating large worksheets with extensive data
- Strong knowledge of the NCCI and ISO manual rules is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- $80,000 to $105,000 annual base salary

Our client is seeking to add a Senior Premium Audit Specialist to their Midwest Region. This person would be responsible for conducting premium audits for Workers Compensation and Commercial Liability policies.
