Position Overview:

Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership:
Execute regional strategies aligned with company objectives to drive growth and profitability. Provide leadership and direction to brand leaders and their teams.


Financial Management:
Work with the finance team to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region. Implement cost-control measures and revenue growth strategies to achieve financial targets. Work with local brands to increase revenue while increasing gross margins.


Operational Excellence:

Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of the business, including timely reporting, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.

Help implement best practices, systems, and standard operating procedures to optimize performance.


Team Development:
Work with the local brand leaders on a development path for themselves and their people. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Conduct bi-monthly meetings with the region to discuss KPI's, best practices, and future initiatives.


Customer Experience:

Champion a customer-centric mindset and ensure that the highest standards of service quality and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded.

Through best practice sharing, continue to enhance the quality of the customer journey.


Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand leaders, marketing team, finance, HR, safety, and recruiting.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.


5+ years of senior leadership experience in the home services industry, with a track record of success in multi-state operations.

Proven ability to execute strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial targets.

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Demonstrated success in building and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Ability to travel frequently within the region and occasionally nationally.
