Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor/technician to join our team.

As a working Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities.

Duties:

• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
• Train new employees on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to address retirement facilityrelated issues
• Deal with the public, our senior citizens, have professional demeaner, must have ability to stay calm in emergency situations.

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Must be HVAC certified, and any other certifications would be great
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, including high voltage equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of facilities management principles
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Mechanical knowledge to perform basic repairs and fabricate parts if needed

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
