This role will be at the forefront.The Mission
You are the architect of the Stage 32 member journey.
As our Analytics and Strategy Specialist, you own the intelligence layer that drives what we build, who we market to, and how we turn casual learners and users of our products into experts and dedicated customers.
You will analyze all data surrounding our customers and products for Education, Certification and our Development Services offerings and help set directional progress for all.
What You'll DoThe Growth Flywheel
Own the data pipeline connecting Education, Certifications, and Development Services.
Track and optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, LTV, and churn across the entire ecosystem.
Growth & KPI Intelligence
Analyze KPIs across enrollment, completion rates, upsells, refunds, churn, and ROI.
Build and maintain executive dashboards for real-time insight and forecasting.
Translate raw data into clear recommendations for leadership, marketing, and booking teams.
Gap & Opportunity Analysis
Identify "white space" in our education and certification library.
Example:
If we have 50,000 cinematographers but no Virtual Production training, you flag it and trigger action.
Content ROI Auditing
Rank programs, instructors, and formats by performance and revenue impact.
Identify which content to scale, optimize, bundle—or retire.
Audience Segmentation & Personalization
Define high-value cohorts (e.g., "Script-Ready Screenwriter," "Emerging Producer").
Direct targeted email, ad, and cross-sell strategies based on real behavior, not assumptions.
Predictive Programming
Use search trends, platform behavior, and industry signals (tax incentives, regional production booms, new tech) to guide live programming 3–6 months ahead.
Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Marketing, Booking, Operations, and Product.
Design and evaluate A/B tests, funnel experiments, and pricing strategies.
Ensure ethical data practices, compliance (GDPR), and bias mitigation.

You can speak data to executives and strategy to creatives.
AI-Forward:
You actively use AI tools to accelerate analysis, insights, and workflows.
Requirements
5+ years in Growth Strategy, Data Analytics, Product, or Growth Marketing for a digital platform, marketplace, SaaS, EdTech, or Media company.
Advanced proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience with GA4 and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, or Power BI.Experience managing or directing cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue goals.
Strong understanding of subscription or marketplace economics (LTV, churn, cohort analysis).
Demonstrated experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom agents, etc.) in analysis or growth workflows.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
Must be based in Greater Los Angeles
