    Description

    PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, REQUIRING A MINIMUM OF 3 DAYS IN OUR DOWNTOWN MINNEAPOLIS OFFICE EACH WEEK. ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES OR THOSE WILLING TO RE-LOCATE TO TWIN CITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

    We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to own the production of digital creative assets for key agency clients. This person will work closely with cross-agency teams to ensure each project is successful, meeting objectives, and delivering high-quality final assets on time and on budget. The Digital Project Manager is a subject-matter expert on social media, specifically organic social, though tasks may not be limited to that space. Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and clients successfully, in a fast-paced environment.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Determine project requirements, timelines, and resources needed for each project.
    • Manage internal project team through all phases of digital projects, including strategy, content creation and development, trafficking, and quality assurance.
    • Partner with strategy, media, account, project management and creative leads to outline estimate, approach, and timeline for digital projects.
    • Collaborate with the resource manager to identify any additional resource needs for digital projects.
    • Lead production efforts from concepting and production (including in-house shoots) through to file delivery.
    • Help maintain project status documents used to keep internal and external stakeholders apprised of project progress.
    • Participate in client meetings.
    • Identify risks, proactively problem solve, and escalate to agency and client leadership as needed.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of digital project management experience in an agency environment.
    • Familiarity working with cross-functional agency teams.
    • Adept at managing organic social content creation workflows from concept to delivery.
    • Deep knowledge of social best practices.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, while maintaining top-level performance and communication to project and client teams.
    • Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Can take clear and concise meeting notes.
    • A team player with strong time-management skills, the ability to motivate others to deliver excellence, and poise and focus under pressure, but also comfortable and proficient working independently.
    • Excellent communication and collaborations skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems (Workfront a plus).
    • Ability to thrive—and keep a great sense of humor—in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    We work a hybyrid schedule which requires a minimum of 3 days in our downtown Minneapolis office and remote two days per week.
