    Description

    We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer at an Automotive parts manufacturing company to join their team near Bowling Green KY area.

    Responsibility - Manufacturing Engineer:

    · Analyze the current production system and plan Kaizen/improvement solutions

    · Implement the solution to improve the stamping / welding production efficiency

    · Communicate thoroughly with other department in order to improve efficiency

    · Test new equipment and analyze the efficiency, assist new equipment installation

    · Work closely with Maintenance team to ensure maintenance is according to schedule

    · Communicate closely with other department to solve any production/quality issues

    · Ensure daily production meets goals and meets company standard policy

    · Perform all other duties as assigned

    Requirements - Manufacturing Engineer:

    · Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

    · Co-op/ Internship experience preferably in Automotive manufacturer is huge plus

    · Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team

    · Must be flexible and able to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

    · Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills

    · Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently

    · Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
