Your responsibilities:

Manage and optimize processes, process sequences, and equipment, potentially with the involvement of other company departments
Develop target/actual comparisons for required capacities, present alternatives, and establish investment costs and production times
Review technical documents and development specifications for optimal feasibility
Suggest and implement new process variants, conduct production trials, monitor results, and analyze data. Continuously analyze and optimize existing production processes in terms of yield and rework
Plan, provide, and document process sequences, auxiliary and operating materials, materials and tools, and required recipes and equipment
Document the production process, including equipment parameters and recipes
Define, coordinate, and implement process, testing, and maintenance instructions
Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor quality improvements, rationalization measures, and reduction of production times
